A: The service can access the internet at speeds of up to 3 megabits per second. Private links between sites can be as fast as 50 megabits.

Q: Is it secure?

A: All of the industry standards are applied to the network to ensure security and operation. But unless specifically requested, the network functions as a 'public' or 'internet' network, and you must take normal security measures such as install antivirus software and a firewall.

Q:Can I get a static IP?

 A: Sure                  

Q: Can I host servers?

A: Sure, as long as you don't break any laws or violate our acceptable use policy. If you would like us to host them for you, contact our sales department.

Q: Is the service guaranteed?

A: No, this is best effort microwave technology. Links are usually very stable, but things can happen that impair services that are beyond our control.
